Our indoor climate temperature is maintained between 50 and 80 degrees. We rarely get below 60 degrees in the winter. We aim to keep our humidity level below 50% during the summer months.

What’s the difference between indoor and outdoor storage at KeepCo.?

We offer both indoor and drive-up storage here KeepCo., and each comes with different advantages depending on how you plan to use them. The term indoor storage describes storage spaces that are found inside a building. These storage spaces provide more protection against the elements than drive up spaces because they're fully covered inside of a structure. Drive-up storage spaces are located along the exterior of the building so you can literally drive right up to them. These spaces allow you to easily unload and load your vehicle, making it a breeze to put stuff in, or take stuff out of your storage space. These are convenient spaces if you know you're going to store belongings that would be difficult to carry in and out of a building, especially when those buildings have multiple floors.

Do I need a reservation to rent a storage unit at KeepCo.?

While no reservations are needed, making one to secure the exact space you need/want will definitely be worth it. Not to mention if you see promo or special price, making a reservation will lock you in. Just call or text us if you need any help!

Do I need a lock when I rent a storage unit?

With Storage Smart Entry by Noke, you can feel at ease. No physical lock ü No memorizing a code ü No hassles üü. It’s a cloud-based tech to allow tenants to not only get through the entry gate and into the building, but into storage units as well – All from the Noke phone App.

What items are NOT allowed in storage at KeepCo.?

Unfortunately, we do have quite a few items that are no-no’s. You cannot store combustible materials because of the threat of them catching fire. These items include fireworks, fuel tanks, fertilizer, paint thinner, and so on. If it seems like it'll easily catch fire, avoid storing it. You also cannot store firearms. You cannot store living animals or plants. Do not treat a storage space as a replacement for a proper pet sitter. Not only are storage spaces not built for people or animals to live in them, but the food you leave out for your pets could also attract pests. Similarly, plant soil could attract pests as well. You cannot store food of any type including, but not limited to, canned foods, perishable foods, dry foods, or pet food for similar reasons. Food will attract pests and will cause an infestation in your storage space and spread to others. Lastly, you cannot store illegal items such as prohibited weapons, illicit drugs, drug paraphernalia, and stolen items. If it's not legal to house it elsewhere, you cannot store it here.
